Late afternoon 11/14/19, residue from an accident slashed one of my tires. Awesome was the company that Allstate contacted for me. They were awesome!! Dakota changed my tire with the donut spare. He then called the office to see if they had an appropriate tire I could purchase. Roger and Ben stayed at the shop for me, mounted and installed an excellent used tire and sent me on my way home to Green Bay. Their service was tremendous - way above and beyond. I requested roadside assistance through my insurance app. They came quickly enough (considering they received incorrect location). Followed me to the next gas station and just good, friendly service all around.
I had a dead battery and wasn't in the best shape (COPD) to deal with having to shop around & get to a shop. He made phone calls for me to find a battery in my area & to get prices. I couldn't have gotten a new battery if it wasn't for him. Nicest thing that someone has ever done for me.
Used Awesome Auto Towing today to get our truck from our house in Eau Claire to Mondovi. Shane was our tow truck driver. He was AWESOME! He was quick and within the time frame he gave us and called when he was about 10-15 minutes out. He got the truck loaded in a quick timely matter. He gladly followed me to where it needed to go and he unloaded it quickly. I highly recommend using this service. Again, Shane was amazing, nice and friendly, quick, he wasn’t rushed to get it done as fast as he could. 5 STARS!
